My elbow is slightly swollen and my arm feels bruised? - elbow is very swollen

Hello, my right arm hurt Wednesday.
Then on Thursday I noticed that just about blown me a little, the swelling was Friday night was clear and the whole arm felt defeated, but no change of color in every part of my arm.
Saturday, I could not put pressure with my hand, I had a sharp pain in my arm and everything is still swelling around the elbow.
This morning, the elbow is more swollen and still can not be any weight through my hand.

What should I do?
I do not know if I should consult a doctor or not. I am hopeing and repair itself.
