I am 16 years old. I started running trails. at around 3-6 miles per day in practice. At the beginning it was only two days a week and my time was one weeks later, but when I normal flow. Now I run every day and I gained 10 pounds. Theres a very slim chance that I'm pregnant. I've eaten more normalexcept Coti the job and dairqueen and sometimes I eat when I'm at work. but not excessively. Is it bad calorie things like eating ice cream after a workout? leads to accumulation of excess fat? Weight gain appears to be primarily in the stomach and other thighs.but ask if anyone have an idea of what happened to my body be.

Do not make gaining weight. I would say that a pregnancy test and bc thats what it sounds like to me. With you every time I think he can afford to have run a small gift from time to time, but the food all the time is not good for you and increase your weight.
